Genesis Exports increases stake in La Opala RG Limited

Genesis Exports Private Limited and associated PACs disclosed an acquisition of 20,000 equity shares in La Opala RG Limited, bringing their total holdings to 73,021,000 shares. This transaction, executed via open market purchase, increases their total shareholding with 65.78% of La Opala's equity. The acquisition occurred on March 3, 2025. Before this acquisition, Genesis Exports held 46.56% of the company's equity along with PACs including Ajit Jhunjhunwala.
