Solar Industries subsidiary secures INR 239 crore defence order

Solar Industries India Limited [BSE:SOLARINDS] announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Solar Defence and Aerospace Limited (formerly Economic Explosives Limited), has secured an order worth INR 239 Crores from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The contract is for the supply of Multi Mode Hand Grenades, with deliveries scheduled over a one-year period. This disclosure is in compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155, dated November 11, 2024. The company has confirmed that this transaction does not involve any related parties.
