M&M Finance names new CFO, Agrawal succeeds Chatterjee

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (M&M Finance) announced the appointment of Pradeep Kumar Agrawal as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective March 5, 2025. Agrawal succeeds Animesh Chatterjee, who served as interim CFO from January 29, 2025, to March 4, 2025. Chatterjee will resume his role as Head - Treasury of the Company. Agrawal brings over 28 years of experience in treasury, financial planning, and regulatory compliance.
