UltraTech Cement board to meet, mull financial results

UltraTech Cement (BSE:ULTRACEMCO) has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for April 28, 2025. During the meeting, the board will consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. Additionally, directors will consider recommending dividend payments on equity shares for the year ending March 31, 2025. In accordance with company policy, UltraTech Cement will close its trading window to connected and designated persons from April 1, 2025 until 48 hours after the financial results are announced.
