Sunteck Realty establishes wholly-owned subsidiary, Eximius Buildcon

Sunteck Realty (SUNTECK) announced the establishment of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Eximius Buildcon Private Limited (EBPL), on March 3, 2025. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a certificate of incorporation. EBPL's primary industry will be real estate activities, with a focus on construction, real estate, and allied ventures. Sunteck Realty has subscribed to 10,000 equity shares of EBPL at a face value of ₹10 each, totaling ₹100,000, granting Sunteck 100% ownership of the subsidiary's share capital. The company has clarified this transaction does not fall within related party and none of the company’s promoter group has any interest in the above transaction.
