Natco Pharma: Nannapaneni family increases stake via inheritance

Satya Vani Nannapaneni and Sanjay Nannapaneni have acquired additional shares of Natco Pharma (BSE: NATCOPHARM) through the transmission of shares from the late Nannapaneni Ramakrishna Rao, according to a regulatory filing. Satya Vani Nannapaneni received 420,000 equity shares, increasing her stake by 0.23% to 0.23% of the total share/voting capital, while Sanjay Nannapaneni acquired 40,000 shares, representing a 0.02% increase to 0.02%. The acquisition, effective February 28, 2025, did not involve any encumbrance and was conducted off-market. Natco Pharma's equity share capital remains at 179,109,870 shares of Rs. 2 each after the transaction. Both Satya Vani and Sanjay Nannapaneni are part of the Promoter Group.
