L&T completes amalgamation of LTEHE and LTOPL

Larsen & Toubro (BSE: LT) announced the completion of the amalgamation of its subsidiaries, L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited ("LTEHE") and L&T Offshore Private Limited ("LTOPL," formerly known as L&T Sapura Offshore Private Limited), with the parent company. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Chennai and Mumbai benches approved the scheme on December 18, 2024, and February 7, 2025, respectively. The certified copy of the NCLT Mumbai order has been filed, and the effective date of the amalgamation is March 1, 2025, as per the sanctioned scheme. Consequently, LTEHE and LTOPL have ceased to be subsidiaries of Larsen & Toubro as of that date. The appointed date for the amalgamation is April 1, 2024.
