Kalpataru Projects buys 100% stake in KP DMCC

Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) announced the acquisition of 100% equity in Kalpataru Power DMCC (KP DMCC) from Kalpataru Power Transmission (Mauritius) Limited. This makes KP DMCC a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of KPIL. The company stated that the move aims to rationalize the structure and improve operational efficiency. KP DMCC operates in the United Arab Emirates under a Service Activity license and the purchase was made for a total consideration not exceeding AED 0.90 million, or approximately USD 0.25 million. According to the announcement, the promoter group has no specific interest in the transaction, which was conducted at arm's length. This purchase was made public on March 3, 2025.
