Intellect completes Central 1 digital banking operations transfer

** Intellect Design Arena Inc., Canada, a subsidiary of Intellect Design Arena Limited, today announced the completion of the transfer of Central 1 Credit Union's digital banking operations. The deal encompasses over 170 credit unions and banks in Canada. Effective March 3, 2025, key assets like Forge, MemberDirect, and related mobile applications have been transferred to Intellect. Approximately 140 Central 1 employees have joined Intellect to ensure operational continuity. This acquisition positions Intellect as a major technology provider in the Canadian financial services sector. Central 1's former clients will now have the ability to select from the curated commercial plans for Intellect's Digital Banking Platform (eMACH.ai Digital Engagement Platform) with specific Canada-Ready out of box bundles for Retail, SMB and Commercial Members.
