Voltas completes Saudi Ensas investment transfer to UMPPL

Voltas announced the completion of the transfer of its 92% direct investment in Saudi Ensas Company for Engineering Services W.L.L. to Universal MEP Projects Pte Limited - Singapore (UMPPL), effective February 28, 2025. The consideration received by Voltas for this transfer amounts to Rs. 61.84 crores. UMPPL is a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Voltas, the economic interest of Voltas in Saudi Ensas Company for Engineering Services W.L.L. remains intact, and it continues to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The company communicated the development to the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India, in compliance with SEBI's Listing Regulations. The company's stock code is 500575 on the BSE and VOLTAS on the NSE.
