Solar Industries secures INR 2,150 crore defence export order

Solar Industries India (BSE:SOLARINDS) has announced a significant export order worth ₹2,150 crore for the supply of defence products. The company disclosed in a regulatory filing that the order will be fulfilled by Solar Industries and its subsidiary over a period of six years. The orders are from international clients. This development was communicated to the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange, adhering to SEBI's listing obligations and disclosure requirements under Regulation 30. The company, based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, said it has no conflicts of interest with the international clients.
