NHPC announces senior management changes

NHPC Limited has announced key changes within its senior management team. Shri Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, Executive Director (ED), will be ceasing his role on February 28, 2025, upon attaining the age of superannuation. Concurrently, Shri Prabhu Kumar Yadav, also an ED, will be taking on a new role through promotion, effective March 1, 2025. Shri Prabhu Kumar Yadav's qualifications include a M.E. in Structure and B.Tech in Civil Engineering, having joined the company on March 9, 1989, with 35 years of service. This announcement complies with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
