NCC invests INR 70 crore in Quantum Technologies

NCC Limited (BSE:NCC) announced a ₹70 crore equity investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, NCC Quantum Technologies Private Limited. The decision was approved by NCC's Board of Directors on February 28, 2025. The investment will comprise of 2,80,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 15/-, and is for execution of and investment in AMISP projects. NCC Quantum Technologies Private Limited was incorporated on 18.10.2023 to expand their involvement in Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider (AMISP) projects, and, as a subsidiary of NCC, the transaction falls within the ambit of related party transactions and it's at arm's length. The investment is slated to be completed on or before 31st March 2025 and will result in no change to the percentage of shareholding of the Company in Quantum, with Quantum remaining a wholly owned subsidiary.
