ICICI Bank allots equity shares under employee stock option scheme

ICICI Bank (BSE:ICICIBANK) announced today the allotment of 118,556 equity shares with a face value of Rs.2 each. This allotment, made on February 28, 2025, falls under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme-2000. The decision was approved by two Executive Directors at 9.36 a.m. today, pursuant to the power delegated by the Board of Directors, at a meeting held on October 21, 2023.
