Hatsun Agro completes acquisition of Milk Mantra shares

Hatsun Agro Product Limited (BSE: HATSUN) announced today the completion of its acquisition of additional shares in Milk Mantra Dairy Private Limited ("Target Company"). As of February 28, 2025, Hatsun Agro has acquired 54,687 equity shares for ₹0.87 Crores. Cumulatively, Hatsun Agro has purchased 31,59,603 equity shares and 16,06,372 compulsorily convertible preference shares of Milk Mantra, with a total consideration of ₹232.77 Crores. The total acquisition represents 99.80% of the current issued and paid-up equity and preference share capital of the Target Company. Hatsun Agro Product Limited is registered in Chennai, India, and the announcement was made public on February 28, 2025.
