Grasim fully repays commercial paper, cites maturity

Grasim Industries (BSE: GRASIM) has announced the full repayment of its Commercial Paper (CP) with ISIN INE047A14AC2. According to an exchange filing dated February 28, 2025, the repayment was made to CP holders and aligns with the paper's maturity date, also February 28, 2025. The total amount repaid was ₹500 crore, covering a redeemed quantity of 10,000 units of CP. Following the repayment, the outstanding amount of the commercial paper is now Nil. This announcement follows the company's previous communication on January 2, 2025, regarding the record date for the commercial paper.
