Schaeffler India declares INR28 dividend, approves Sumithasri reappointment

Schaeffler India reported its audited standalone revenue from operations for the year ended December 31, 2024, at ₹80,762.9 million compared to ₹72,261.3 million last year. The company's net profit for the same period stood at ₹9,776.7 million, up from ₹9,090.3 million. The board recommended a dividend of ₹28 per equity share and approved the reappointment of Ms. E V Sumithasri, as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a further period of 5 years effective from July 15, 2025 to July 14, 2030. The Board also appointed Samdani Kabra & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive financial years commencing January 1, 2025. The company's consolidated revenue from operations for the year ended December 31, 2024, was ₹82,323.8 million compared to ₹72,509.1 million last year. The Board decided on convening its 62nd AGM on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
