PB Fintech announces leadership changes in subsidiaries

PB Fintech announced significant changes in key managerial personnel within its subsidiaries, Paisabazaar and Policybazaar, effective in early 2025. Naveen Kukreja will step down as CEO of Paisabazaar on March 1, 2025, transitioning to Group President at PB Fintech and advising on strategy for Paisabazaar, he will continue as Non-Executive Director. Santosh Agarwal will assume the role of CEO of Paisabazaar, reporting to Yashish Dahiya. Neeraj Tripathi will become Chief Financial Officer of Paisabazaar, replacing Vivek Audichya, who resigned. At Policybazaar, Vivek Audichya will take over as Chief Financial Officer in place of Ashutosh Mishra. These leadership transitions reflect PB Fintech's strategic realignment within its core businesses.
