Mankind Pharma receives NCLT approval for amalgamation scheme

Mankind Pharma Limited [BSE: 543904] has announced the approval of its amalgamation scheme by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench. The scheme involves the merger of Shree Jee Laboratory Private Limited, JPR Labs Private Limited, and Jaspack Industries Private Limited with Mankind Pharma. The appointed date for the approved scheme is April 1, 2024. The NCLT order, pronounced on February 25, 2025, is available on the NCLT website, and the scheme will take effect upon filing the certified order copies with the Registrar of Companies.
