Kothari Industrial Corpn. inks MoU with Assam government

Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited (BSE: 509732) has announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Assam, dated February 26, 2025. Under the agreement, Kothari Industrial Corpn. will invest ₹500 Crores in the state’s minerals and mining value chain, emphasizing rare earth and critical minerals.
