Kernex Microsystems JV secures INR 325 crore railway contract

Kernex Microsystems (India) Limited announced its joint venture, KERNEX-MRT Consortium, has been awarded a letter of acceptance from South Eastern Railways, Kolkata, for a project valued at ₹325.33 Crores (including GST). The project involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Kavach, a train collision prevention system, on the GD & GQ routes (688RKM) within the Kharagpur & Chakradharpur divisions. The project is expected to be completed within 1,000 days from the appointed date. The announcement was made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
