Jindal Stainless acquires AGH Dreams and Utkrisht Dream Ventures

Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL) announced today the acquisition of AGH Dreams Private Limited (ADPL) and Utkrisht Dream Ventures Private Limited (UDVPL), making them wholly-owned subsidiaries. The sub-committee of the Board of Directors approved the acquisition of 100% equity stake in both entities in a meeting held February 27, 2025. The aggregate consideration for each acquisition is INR 1 Lakh. Both ADPL and UDVPL are newly incorporated private limited companies, with authorized share capital of INR 1,00,000 each and paid up capital of INR 1,00,000. JSL intends to utilize ADPL and UDVPL for the exploration of new expansion projects in the industrial sector. The acquisitions do not involve related party transactions and required no governmental or regulatory approvals. The acquisitions are anticipated to be complete today.
