Krishan Lalit Bansal increases stake in DEE Development

DEE Development Engineers announced that Krishan Lalit Bansal, Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director, acquired 25,800 equity shares of the company on February 24, 2025. The acquisition, made through the open market, represents approximately 0.04% of the total issued and paid-up share capital. Following the acquisition, Krishan Lalit Bansal's total holding in DEE Development Engineers increased to 3,50,82,985 shares, representing 50.81% of the company's equity. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI's (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The share capital of DEE Development Engineers is 6,90,54,078 with each share having face value of INR 10/-.
