Jamna Auto Industries: Gst demand of INR 73m dropped

Jamna Auto Industries (BSE:JAMNAAUTO) announced that the GST Authority has dropped its demand of ₹73,096,184.00 following a review of submissions made by the company. The demand, outlined in a Show Cause Notice (SCN) dated November 27, 2024, concerned differences in taxable turnover as per financial statements compared to declared amounts in the annual GSTR-9 return. The order, dated February 21, 2025, was received by Jamna Auto Industries on February 25, 2025. This update relates to previous disclosures on litigation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
