HCC completes Raiganj-Dalkhola highways merger into infrastructure arm

Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) announced the completion of the amalgamation of Raiganj-Dalkhola Highways Limited, a step-down subsidiary, into HCC Infrastructure Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, effective February 25, 2025. The move, disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, aims to consolidate and rationalize the group holding structure. For the financial year ended March 31, 2024, HCC Infrastructure Company reported a turnover of Rs. 115.45 crore, while Raiganj-Dalkhola Highways posted Rs. 9.66 crore. HCC stated that the amalgamation will not alter the shareholding pattern of the listed entity.
