G R Infraprojects inks Assam ropeway project MoU

G R Infraprojects announced it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Assam for the development of a ropeway project. The project aims to establish a ropeway from Sonaram Field to Bhubaneshwari Temple in Guwahati. Under the terms of the MoU, the Assam government will facilitate G R Infraprojects in obtaining necessary permissions, registrations, approvals, and clearances for the project. The MoU is valid for 12 months from the signing date, unless extended by the government. The company disclosed that the proposed investment in the project is ₹270 Crores. The announcement was made to the BSE under stock code 543317, and NSE under the symbol GRINFRA, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
