Adani Total Gas announces senior management changes

Adani Total Gas (ATGL) has announced changes to its senior management personnel, according to a regulatory filing. Effective February 25, 2024, Gerald Wilson Peter has been appointed as the company's new Chief Digital Officer (CDO). Mr. Peter brings over 30 years of experience in driving innovation through AI and digital transformation and previously served as Head of Industry Cloud & IT Governance at Adani Group. Concurrently, Dr. Arivarasu Selvaraj will relinquish his position as ATGL's CDO to assume a new leadership role within the broader Adani Group. The announcement, made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, aims to inform stakeholders of these key personnel changes.
