RSWM appoints Mittal, re-designates Bahedia for yarn business

RSWM Limited (BSE: 500350) has announced the appointment of Kamal Kishore Mittal as Chief Executive and Business Head of its Cotton Yarn Business, effective today, February 25, 2025. Mittal brings over 34 years of experience in the textiles industry. Simultaneously, Naresh Kumar Bahedia, previously Business Head – Yarn Business, has been re-designated as Chief Executive and Business Head - Synthetic Yarn Business. Bahedia is a certified Cost and Management Accountant with over 30 years of experience in textiles. The changes were approved by the Board of Directors, as per SEBI regulations. RSWM has confirmed there are no relationships between the appointees and any directors.
