IRB Infra promoter creates pledge for personal borrowing

Smt. Sudha Dattatray Mhaiskar, a promoter of IRB Infrastructure Developers, has created a pledge on 6,00,000 shares, representing 0.01% of the total share capital. The pledge, executed on February 14, 2024, is in favor of Kotak Securities Limited, with personal borrowing cited as the reason. Following this creation of pledge, Mhaiskar's encumbered shares now total 27,70,000, representing 0.046% of the total share capital. As of the reporting date, Mhaiskar's total shareholding in IRB Infrastructure Developers is 1,83,70,55,980 shares, amounting to 30.42% of the company. IRB Infrastructure Developers has notified both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited regarding this transaction.
