Paytm's subsidiary Mobiquest completes stake sale transaction

One 97 Communications, parent company of Paytm (BSE: 543396), announced today that its subsidiary, Mobiquest Mobile Technologies Private Limited, has completed the sale of its stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xceed IT Solutions Private Limited. The transaction was finalized on February 21, 2025, at 8:49 p.m. (IST) and was initially disclosed in a letter dated January 20, 2025, where the company informed about the sale of a 100% stake.
