Crompton Greaves appoints Tanmay Prusty as chief marketing officer

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals (BSE: CROMPTON) announced the appointment of Mr. Tanmay Prusty as Chief Marketing Officer, designated as Senior Management Personnel, effective February 24, 2025. The decision was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Prusty brings experience from roles at Tata Consumer Products, Amazon, Reckitt Benckiser, and ITC. He holds a BE in Electronics Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur and a PGDM/MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. The appointment is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
