Torrent Power incorporates new step-down subsidiary, TU30

Torrent Power Limited (BSE:TORNTPOWER) has announced the incorporation of a new step-down subsidiary, Torrent Urja 30 Private Limited (“TU30”), wholly-owned by its subsidiary, Torrent Green Energy Private Limited (“TGEPL”). The Certificate of Incorporation was received on February 19, 2025. TU30 has an authorized share capital of ₹5,00,000 and a paid-up share capital of ₹5,00,000. The newly formed entity is yet to commence business operations. TU30's objectives include manufacturing, processing, trading, and dealing in hydrogen, its by-products, and engaging in power generation from renewable sources. TU30 is 100% owned by TGEPL. It is registered in India with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on February 12, 2025.
