TCS partners with MassRobotics to boost robotics innovation

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced a collaboration with MassRobotics to foster robotics innovation. TCS will deploy a team at MassRobotics' Boston facility to engage with startups and industry leaders, exploring applications in retail, travel, and consumer products. TCS aims to provide technical expertise and mentorship, leveraging its AI and automation capabilities to drive robotics technology development. The initiative aims to meet the rising demand for automation, with the International Federation of Robotics projecting over 3 million units to be installed globally by 2025. TCS will also collaborate on joint research, industry solutions, and support robotics startups with its global resources. This partnership expands TCS' North American footprint, which includes over 46,000 associates and multiple innovation labs.
