SRF commissions fluorocarbon refrigerant gas capacity expansion project

SRF has announced the commissioning and capitalisation of the remaining part of its Fluorocarbon Refrigerant Gas Capacity expansion project, which includes backward integration into a key raw material at Dahej. A portion of the project was commissioned and capitalized on December 30, 2023, at Rs. 317 Crores. The remaining portion has now been commissioned and capitalized on February 21, 2025, at a cost of Rs. 361 Crores. The company previously informed the Stock Exchanges of the initial phase. This project was approved by the Board on July 28, 2021.
