Ravi Agrawal increases stake in Lloyds Metals & Energy

Ravi Agrawal, a promoter of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited (LLOYDSME), has acquired 177,240 equity shares of the company, according to a regulatory filing. The shares, with a face value of Re. 1 each, represent approximately 0.03% of the paid-up capital. The acquisition was executed via a bulk deal/block deal from Rajesh Gupta, a Managing Director and Promoter of the company. Post-acquisition, Agrawal's shareholding has increased to 119,07,240 shares, representing 2.27% of the equity share capital of the company. This does not alter the overall promoter and promoter group shareholding in the company, which will remain the same. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
