Rail Vikas Nigam wins South Western Railway project bid

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), (BSE: 542649) has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) by South Western Railway for an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) project. The project encompasses the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of 2x25 KV OHE & PSI Systems, including associated electrical and telecommunication works. This covers the Rayadurga to Topavagada section, spanning 99.463 RKM/114.145 TKM. The total cost of the work is valued at ₹156.35 crore. The project is expected to be completed within 18 months. This win is considered normal business activity for RVNL.
