Oracle Financial Services allots equity shares to employees

Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS), stock code 532466 (OFSS), announced today the allotment of 14,647 equity shares to eligible employees. The decision was made by the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors on February 19, 2025. The shares, with a face value of Rs. 5 each, were allotted to employees who exercised their stock options under the OFSS Stock Plan 2014 and will rank equally with the company’s existing equity shares. Following the allotment, the company's paid-up capital has increased to Rs. 434,239,285, divided into 86,847,857 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 5 each. The company has confirmed that no shares were allotted to Directors of the Company in this process and that the information will be published on the company website.
