Nuvama allots equity shares under employee stock option plan

Nuvama Wealth Management (BSE: NUVAMA) announced the allotment of 30,780 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each to employees exercising their stock options. This decision, approved on February 18, 2025, has increased the company's equity share capital. Following the allotment, Nuvama's equity share capital now stands at 3,59,19,332 shares, up from 3,58,88,552 shares previously.
