Motherson incorporates treasury subsidiary in Abu Dhabi

Samvardhana Motherson International (MOTHERSON) has announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Motherson Treasury Strategy Limited, within the jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) on February 19, 2025. The company is a part of Group Treasury and Liquidity Management. Motherson Treasury Strategy Limited will provide treasury-related services, including cash and working capital management, to SAMIL and its subsidiaries. The announcement, made to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 517334), complies with SEBI regulations. The entire share capital of the new entity will be held by SAMIL.
