Metro Brands board to consider dividend on February 28

Metro Brands Limited (BSE:METROBRAND) has announced a board meeting scheduled for February 28, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., where directors will consider the declaration of a dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The company made the announcement to comply with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company also stated that in line with SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for its designated persons shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the completion of afore-mentioned Board meeting.The trading window will reopen on March 3, 2025.
