Medanta amalgamation scheme approved by NCLT

** Global Health Limited (MEDANTA) has announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between its wholly-owned subsidiary, Medanta Holdings Private Limited (MHPL), and Global Health Limited. The final order copy is now available on the company's website. The scheme will be effective once the certified order copy from the NCLT is filed with the Registrar of Companies by both the transferor and transferee companies. Global Health's management expects the merger to result in greater efficiencies and economies of scale. The appointed date of the scheme is 01.04.2024. The company has complied with SEBI regulations, and requisite notices have been issued.
