KIMS enters operations and management agreement with Splendid Hospitals

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) has announced an Operations and Management Agreement with Splendid Hospitals Private Limited in Hyderabad, Telangana. The agreement, effective February 20, 2025, has an initial term of seven years, with a possible three-year extension. As part of the deal, KIMS will oversee the operations of Splendid's 150-bed hospital, expected to begin operations in June 2025, which could expand to 200+ beds. KIMS will receive 9% of Splendid's total net revenue. KIMS and its affiliates have First Right of Refusal (ROFR) and the option to acquire up to 100% of the equity shares of Splendid. KIMS aims to enhance its presence in Hyderabad, Telangana.
