Indian Overseas Bank names Madhaw Chandra Jha as CFO

Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) (BSE: IOB) has appointed Madhaw Chandra Jha, currently Deputy General Manager, as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the bank announced on February 18, 2025. Jha's appointment is effective from March 1, 2025. The move follows the superannuation of the current General Manager & CFO, S P Mahesh Kumar, on February 28, 2025. Jha has been with IOB for 19 years and has experience in financial operations, regulatory returns and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
