** IDBI Bank has announced the appointment of Shri R. Doraiswamy, a seasoned executive from Life Insurance Corporation (LIC), as a LIC Nominee Director on its board, effective May 19, 2025. Doraiswamy, who boasts over 38 years of experience in the insurance sector, replaces Shri Raj Kumar, whose term ends on May 18, 2025. The Board of Directors approved this appointment at their meeting on February 21, 2025.
