Endurance Technologies approves unaudited results, board meeting outcome

Endurance Technologies Limited (BSE:ENDURANCE) announced the approval of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024, during a board meeting held on February 12, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations for the quarter totalled ₹21,772.61 million with ₹1,568.97 million profit, while consolidated revenue from operations were ₹28,591.62 million with a profit of ₹1,843.87 million. The company also acquired additional 5.5% equity stake in its subsidiary, Maxwell Energy Systems Private Limited. Additionally, Endurance Overseas SpA has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 60% stake in Stoferle Automotive GmbH and Stoferle GmbH.
