CIE Automotive recommends final dividend, sets AGM date

CIE Automotive India announced its Board of Directors' recommendation of a final dividend of ₹7.00 per equity share (face value of ₹10) for the financial year ended December 31, 2024, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held via video conferencing on April 30, 2025, at 3:30 P.M. (IST). The company has fixed April 23, 2025, as the record date to determine shareholders' eligibility for the final dividend, which is expected to be paid within 30 days from the AGM date. This decision was made in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and Ministry of Corporate Affairs circulars.
