CIE Automotive India posts strong 2024 results, recommends dividend

CIE Automotive India (BSE: CIEINDIA) announced positive audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. Standalone profit after tax reached INR 5,834.13 million, while consolidated profit after tax amounted to INR 8,203.06 million. Factoring in past performance this enables the board to recommend a final dividend of INR 7.00 per equity share (face value of INR 10) subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for April 30, 2025, via video conferencing. A record date of April 23, 2025 has been set to determine eligibility for the final dividend payment, which is to be distributed within 30 days of AGM approval. The Statutory Auditors' reports were unmodified for both standalone and consolidated results.
