Century Plyboards incorporates wholly-owned furniture subsidiary

Century Plyboards (India) Limited [BSE:CENTURYPLY] announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Centuryply Furniture Fittings Limited (CFFL), on February 18, 2025. Located in Kolkata, CFFL will focus on manufacturing fittings and fixtures for furniture. The authorized share capital of the new entity is ₹15,00,000, with an initial paid-up share capital of ₹5,00,000, subscribed entirely by Century Plyboards. The move aligns with the company's strategic growth initiatives. The company received approval from the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, to proceed with the incorporation of the new subsidiary.
