Brigade Group plans INR 1500 cr Kerala investment

Brigade Enterprises Limited [BSE:BRIGADE] announced plans to invest ₹1500 crore in Kerala, having submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) at the Invest Kerala Global Summit 2025. The investment aims to expand Brigade's presence in the state, including establishing a second World Trade Center (WTC) in Kerala, after WTC Kochi. The group is looking to further expand its footprint in Kerala with a luxury island resort at Vaikom and residential project in Kochi. These developments are projected to be completed by 2030, potentially creating over 12,000 jobs. This announcement follows a recent MoU with Technopark to develop a WTC in Thiruvananthapuram. Brigade's existing WTC Kochi is undergoing expansion with its third tower.
