Bharti Hexacom shares update on material litigation status

Bharti Hexacom (BSE:BHARTIHEXA) has announced an update on its material litigation proceedings, as mandated by Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company, along with Bharti Airtel Limited, had filed a review petition against a July 23, 2021 order concerning the AGR matter. The Hon'ble Supreme Court dismissed these review petitions on January 28, 2025, as relating to correction of errors. This decision was officially uploaded to the Supreme Court's website on February 13, 2025. Bharti Airtel, acting as a promoter, has submitted a separate intimation.
